Update on INSTEX

It’s going GREAT.

Here’s Iran’s central bank governor, Abdulnaser Hemmati, with the money quote:

“I have come to the conclusion that the issue is not with INSTEX and its mechanism. The issue is that the Europeans seem to need US approval for their plans.”

I’d ask who could have seen such a thing coming, except I already know the answer.
